The SUNRISE phase begins May 1 and ends July 31st. We are taking pre-registrations now. This pre-registration period only applies to clients who have their second-level domain already registered through us, however transfers of your existing MX domains are possible if you hurry, please contact us if you are interested. Only 1 yr registrations are allowed for the Sunrise phase. Those able to participate in pre-registration SUNRISE PHASE of top-level MX domain names, must be registered under any classification (org.mx, com.mx, net.mx, edu.mx and gob.mx) before March 1st, 2009; it means that all the domains registered and paid until February 28th, 2009 will have the option to take part at the re-opening. Second level domain must match exactly the top-level domain requested. If more than one request is made for the same domain name, the registrant with the oldest second-level domain name will be awarded the top-level domain. Waiting Period is Aug 1-Aug 31 (pre-registrations are verified). LANDRUSH phase begins September 1 and ends October 31 and anyone can register an available .mx domain during this time period. |
